Conditions

Arrival and depature:

Your room will be ready from 2 p.m on arrival day.

We ask you to leave the room at the day of depature not later then 11 a.m.

Deposit:

For your booking, we charge a depositof 30%.

You can bring this amount at your credit card or with bank transfer in advance.

By bank transfer please suply your name and date of arrivel & departure.

Cancelation conditions:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival the accommodation contract can be canceled free of charge by a written statement.

Cancellations within 30 to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price can be calculated.

For cancellations until 14 days before arrival 70% of the total price can be calculated.

No show or early departure 100% of the package price can be calculated.

Your favorites are welcome. We charge a one time fee of EUR 20.00.
