Excitement is guaranteed on the Stubnerkogel
A walk over the suspension bridge, 140m long and 1m wide, on the Stubnerkogel is definitely a thrilling experience. It breaks two records at the same time:

• It is the first suspension bridge at an altitude of 2.300 meters.
• It can be walked on all year round.

Good nerves and a head for heights are required when crossing the bridge, which was built as a swinging rope construction and is transparent with a 28m drop to the ground.

Cross-country skiing
Cross-country skiing is a very healthy exercise for the body. Over 45 kilometers of tracked, superbly maintained trails, await you in Gastein. Discover the beautiful countryside of the Gastein region away from busiy ski slopes!
